Seeking 2-person management team - sole applicants DO NOT apply.

Live on site and operate a self storage facility in the Midlothian area.

Duties include leasing, customer service, calling delinquent tenants, grounds care and light maintenance repairs.

Rental office is open Monday thru Saturday. Computer experience required.

Must be dependable, trustworthy, self-directed and able to pass background check.

Conversational Spanish a plus but not required.
