Candidate is responsible for entering accurate data, maintaining, and preparing student records, troubleshooting student record and systems errors, managing the complete grading processes, and preparing for the semester starts and ends, performing systems processes, reporting and outreach processes. This position is responsible for managing the daily operation of the registration system, monitoring and ensuring compliance with college policies regarding registration procedures, evaluating the effectiveness of said policies, and recommending changes. Director of Graduate Standards and Policy supports students, faculty, and staff with navigational assistance to resolve student, registration, and records issues, all of which are critical to student retention and persistence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Participate in professional development activities and serve on school committees that support the goals and objectives of the division of the school.
2. Provide back-up for records and registration services, including registering students, issuing transcripts, answering phones, scanning, reporting grades and working special events.
3. Organize and administer records, progression, and graduation eligibility of all students within the school's systems; report on trends, and students of concern and prepare GPA data and identify Honor Roll, High Honors and Academic Probation student categories each quarter and other areas as needed.
4. Liaise with Records and Registration and be responsible for meeting transcript collection and production deadlines.
5. Collect previous school transcripts and evaluate to meet graduate college admissions standards. Provide evaluation data for various departments and develop enhanced systems for transcript production.
6. Manage data including accurate records of graduates and entry/exit information.
7. Manage daily office email traffic, course changes and student/faculty inquiries. Collaborate with all administrators, faculty, IT staff, and clinical staff to facilitate and improve services to students.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in admissions, records, and registration, and/or recruitment and able to implement pre-registration and registration procedures, ensuring that students are registered in a timely and accurate manner and that registration information is distributed to various College offices as required.
- The candidate must supervise/assist with the maintenance of student records, including: official college records, active files on graduates, inactive files on separated students, and other registration related responsibilities.
- The candidate must be able to ensure compliance with all applicable internal and external policies and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree essential. Course work related to Education, Public Administration or Data Analytics preferred. Proven record in academic, student service or administrative roles.
- One year of direct experience in a setting with an international, or culturally diverse, student body.
- Understanding of technology applications related to records and data management processes. Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications essential; database management experience highly preferred.
