Job Summary:
As a business analyst on the Kellogg Information Systems (KIS) team, you will be responsible for projects and services supporting Kellogg's sales, marketing, and educational platforms. This includes opportunities beyond traditional business analysis (e.g., requirements and design), including opportunities to lead projects as well as gain experience managing systems typically found in larger shops. You'll work with customer relationship management systems (i.e., Salesforce, Slate), content management systems (i.e., Sitecore), customer data platforms (i.e., Tealium), and DevOps (i.e., Azure DevOps). This position focuses on building out the technology needed at our top to mid-funnel digital marketing solutions, specifically managing our Sitecore CMS.
Please note:Experience with traditional business analysis techniques (e.g., requirements gathering) and systems implementation is required. The ability and willingness to develop expertise in new tools is a must. Candidates with enterprise CMS expertise (e.g., Sitecore, Acquia, Adobe) are preferred. Candidates with familiarity with digital marketing concepts and applications beyond CMS, including CRM, CDP, email marketing are preferred. Experience working on teams using agile product or project management methods, such as Kanban, preferred. Experience supporting integrations (e.g., requirements, testing, and troubleshooting) is a plus.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Serve as KIS' primary Sitecore system administrator and subject matter expert (SME).
- Manage the prioritization of the backlog, including feature enablement, enhancements, maintenance & patching, and resolving defects.
- Work with UX, sys admins, analysts, and onshore and offshore developers to establish appropriate requirements (e.g., user stories).
- Collaborate with developers on deployment planning and related QA (e.g., checklists).
- Monitor system alerts for performance issues and security alerts for critical patching.
- Manage body of work using a lightweight agile process (e.g., Kanban).
- Lead periodic API integrations, including requirements and testing.
- Collaborate with vendors on periodic, large-scale projects (e.g., system upgrades).
- Establish and maintain support documentation.
- Collaborate with others to improve to harden our privacy and security controls, as needed.
- Collaborate with others to extend our reach into new web platforms for internal and external purposes, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in a major such as computer science, information technology, or related; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
- 2 years functional/business/system analysis or other relevant experience required.
