Corporate Travel Coordinator
NY Creates is a leading research and development hub as well as a commercialization facilitator in advanced digital, analog, and power technologies.
Job Description:
The duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordination of various levels of travel approval
- Distribution of travel related materials,
- Review and processing of travel reimbursements for travelers at NY Creates
- Incumbent will review all travel related transactions upon receipt for allowability and appropriateness, in accordance with established internal procedures.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements for Travel Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
OR
- Equivalent relevant professional experience AND a minimum of 2 years professionally responsible experience.
- Candidates must have a working knowledge of the MS Office suite and excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form.
- This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background investigation; this position may be subject to annual background investigations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with travel reimbursement processes and procedures in a sponsored programs office.
- Experience in higher education and grants management is preferred.

Hourly: $21.63-$26.44
*Posted rates are dependent upon experience and education
