Job Summary
The College of Social Work (CoSW) is seeking a STEPS Social Media Specialist who will assist with day-to-day marketing, communication, and engagement via existing and new social media channels through organic and paid delivery.This position will work with the marketing and communications team, in addition to college faculty and staff, to generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections, elevates CoSW's reputation, and encourages audiences to take action.The Social Media Specialist will moderate all user-generated content, create editorial calendars and syndication schedules, and continuously analyze performance data and metrics to improve strategy.

- proven experience working in social media marketing
- excellent consulting, writing, short form video production, editing, and communication skills
- demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
