UK Online seeks an engaging Student Journey Specialist to help online students achieve their dreams and take the next step in their educational goals. This position monitorsthe UK Online communication channels (e.g. phone, email, andtext) to respond to a variety of program and admissions related questions and to direct students to appropriate resources asrelevant. It will also assist with student outreach and recruiting events as needed. The perfect candidate has
exceptional communication and organization skills, experiencedocumenting interactions in the Salesforce Customer RelationshipManagement ( CRM) system, and the ability to absorb information, problem solve, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
